Sammi--here is a click to the short version of the way to use our web site. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/.... See suggestion #2--what to put in your thread header. The reason for the requirements for this is--there are over 8200 topics, and if you don't do something to make your thread stand out, it will get lost. Also, many of our members only read the threads in their genres, and just skip over anything else--which means, you are losing a great many people who could possibly help you.

Sammi, I added plot details to the topic header. Feel free to edit it using the desktop website (not the mobile app). (No ALL-CAPS/capitals, please.)
Around what year did you read this book?
What's the time period and location (country, region, big city/small town)? It sounds like a historical romance (re: "her lands").
Can you describe the fantasy elements (re: "she has visions")?

Do you remember the cover?
Was it a romance novel or fantasy novel?

It was indeed paperback and a romance novel.
The cover was redish? But for all I know there could be different designs for the cover like with some paperbacks.

What..."
I first read the book in 2012 after stumbling across it in the family bookshelf.
I don’t know the year that the plot takes place but i know that the focus was in the countryside
The fantasy elements were mostly allusion, the herione appearing angelic and her powers limitied to herbs and minor visions of her future.

I'll keep searching.

From what I recall, he mistakes them for one man.. because he’s aware that’ he’s drunken quite a bit and assumes he’s just seeing triple... i don’t remember if they actually say anything to him but they are the ones who abduct the drunk to bring him to the tower/room for their mistress, the herione.

"She goes into what seems like an isolated tower where the male previously mentioned is unconscious and somewhat bound to the bed, she wakes him in her exploration of his body and he seems to be under some sort of spell for lust, or maybe he’s still just that drunk. He mistakes her for her twin sister and seems to let himself believe he’s bedding her instead of the heroine herself."
Only in Prisoner of My Desire there are no red haired triplets, no twins and no tavern. Heroine was never married to her father.
In Prisoner of My Desire the heroine is forced to marry an impotent old rich man by her step-brother. The old man is dying and the step-brother needs an heir in order for heroine to inherit husband. So the step-bother takes hero as hostage and forces heroine to seduce him. He is taken to the dungeon and bound to a bed. Hero is also given some kind of drug, aphrodisiac. He later comes back to take his revenge on the heroine and makes her his captive. He plans to do everything to her that she did to him.
Is it possible you are mixing up your books?

No matter what i search up, bits and pieces of what i remember in the beginning of the story, or discriptions of the main characters themselves... but I simply cannot find it! Its as if it’s totally vanished!
I know the story begins with the main male character getting drunk in a tavern, fantasizing of the herione’s sister who is wed.. to a friend?.. and he’s approached by three red haired scots. Triplets.
The scene changes after some dialoge and now the herione is revealed, she’s one of set of twins, of which she is somewhat envious of her sister... but has more spirituality, she has visions and seeks to bare a child to keep up a ruse that she was married to her late father and carrying his successor.
She goes into what seems like an isolated tower where the male previously mentioned is unconscious and somewhat bound to the bed, she wakes him in her exploration of his body and he seems to be under some sort of spell for lust, or maybe he’s still just that drunk. He mistakes her for her twin sister and seems to let himself believe he’s bedding her instead of the herione herself.
They share a dark and passionate encounter and then it seems that he is soon released and returned to his keep, his mind although fuzzy is muddled with thoughts of the shadowy figure of the herione from their night of pleasure. He goes to the keep of the herione, under some sense of duty (for what I don’t recall) and they share a discussion of what her life status is? Or some other.. he seeks control over her lands and she’s under the false pretences of being married to her dead father. Further in he seems to force himself on her and claims her as his bride? Maybe? And the story continues on as she fights to prove her worth compared to her well desired sister to his heart.
THAT IS ALL I RECALL. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY.. ANY IDEA OF THE TITLE OF THIS BOOK. PLEASE MESSAGE! I cannot begin to tell you all how much it means to me to find this enthralling book once again
