I have requested book 2 looking forward to reading it! The same friend also suggested the Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones book 1 is First Grave on the Right (Charley Davidson, #1) by Darynda Jones I have that one requested but I keep suspending the hold. Has anyone read this series?

I’ve read the first two books and enjoyed them but got sidetracked. It’s a very popular series in the UF genre.

I love Charley...great series! Snarky, and sometimes cheesy humor which just adds to the appeal for me.

I finished Holding On by Pamela Clare, Colorado High Country #6, and loved it! This is the best series. Here’s my review.

I finished listening to Vanish by Tess Gerritsen, Rizzoli & Isles #5, and they found a narrator who can pronounce Rizzoli correctly!! Oh, and the story was really good, too:) Here’s my review.

All most done with Fallen (Will Trent, #5) by Karin Slaughter cannot wait to read all the comments. Charley Davidson is a fun series. Lots of humor and action with a snarky heroine and a hunky hero.

I finished Rust & Stardust by T. Greenwood . While it is a deeply disturbing fictional story, it is based on a real life kidnapping that occurred in 1948. I researched the story after finishing the book. Truly a heart-breaking read - but beautifully and carefully rendered. My Review

It's a heart-breaking story made even more so by the fact that it's based on a real life abduction. IMO, the author did a good job with the care taken in delivering it.
