The Wolf and the Highlander
I was expecting the main character to be just as interesting and evil as she was in the first book in this series. However, the author changed her into a repentant, pitiful version of herself. If I didn't know her from the first book, I would have been OK with her. But I see her for what she became; a cat with no claws. Oh well

TIP: If you read an entire series (or a good part of one) you can just link to the series page and list the numbers. For example, if you read the first seven Honor Harrington books you could just say:

It'll save you typing and me going to ten different pages. You can find the series page by clicking on the (bracketed potion) of the title on a book's Goodreads page. e.g (Honor Harrington #1)
