2018 Team Competition Tracker/Google Sheet Central

Just wanna let you know that Tania is counted twice on the Team Scoreboard ... Once in the Blood Eagles and once in HoC.
Thanks."
Fixed.

The H column not working is weird. This is just us needing to be careful when we add more people to the competition, so it's a good test before new people are added soon. A lot of the formulas aren't locked or interactive, so when people are added we need to go through them manually. We just need to remember to do it and if we spot somewhere we forgot, then change it at once.
We broke the spreadsheet in a weird way... Me and Choko are tied again... it's been a few weeks, but here we are at 608.1 points each...
I'm above her on the rankings page, but my rank is 2 :D... Even when I lose, I still win... I WAS complaining a few weeks ago that I always default to the top in ties...
In other news, Choko has over 2000 more pages than me, and we're tied... BR points FTW

Thank you :)

I don't want to mess with Rob's sorted lists, so in the meantime, I put the Team Tally + Lena!G1 into the cell right next to the Tome Raiders score on the scoreboard...

so far i've just filled in books and messed with the colors and fonts
Yea... you can copy formulas and sections of people's spreadsheets to your own by highlighting what you want and using CTRL-C and CTRL-V to copy and paste... you'll need to use Paste Special from the right-click-menu if you don't want to carry over the formatting and color choices made in other sheets...
Once you have your sheet formatted how you like, Tome Raiders is pretty teamwork-y... just format your records like Petrik or someone in your team page, and they're more than willing to copy to the sheet for you so you don't need to go to the library every time you finish a book...

Thank you,
Crazy spreadsheet guy

Lena - where did it not add to - the main scoreboard or your personal sheet?

Working as far as I can tell. I removed and readded your latest book.
We're closing in on 1,000,000 pages read by everyone participating in the competition, according to the Team Scoreboard... quite impressive...
And Me + Choko + Julia are only like 16% of the total... the rest is everyone else... :D
Add in Arkadeb and Laura and it's 25%...
There are 56 active team members, so if everyone read equally they would be a little under 2% each...

Correct... the Top 5 I listed have all read 40-51k... well above the norm... I think the top 15 or so are above 2%... I just closed the tab...

I liked math and algebra... it's calculus and bad college professors that toppled the pyramid...
I got a Math Minor in college, since I only needed to take 1 extra course, but I wouldn't say I learned much the last year or 2 (three or four 400 level courses), since it was built on a shaky foundation...

Here's another statistic... as a group we're averaging 8006 pages per day... so we should hit that million mark in 5-6 days...

Damn, that's a LOT of reading.
Something is wrong with Sha's total only on the scoreboard. I don't want to mess with the spreadsheet even though I have good Excel skills I've never played with Google sheets. Can you take a look?

Looks consistent to me everywhere. 442.2 I doublechecked it on his sheet too.
Was probably a momentary hiccup... seems to have resolved itself... sometimes the best solution is to reload the sheet/page and see if things start working correctly...
One day, adding hyperlinks was making my book names invisible...

Came up at normal speed fo rme just now.
It's always kinda slow for me... and sometimes it bugs out... but my sheet is super long... 152 books completed + another 20-30 pre-filled
Looking at Lena's sheet I started looking for ways to make my scorecard more manageable as a Power Reader
By this, I just mean I read so much that I need to scroll down 4-5 pages just to update my sheet these days...
Lena solved this by hiding rows with books from previous months... the problem with this is showing those rows means having to re-hide them every time... turns out Google recently (within the past year) implemented grouping...
Instead of hiding rows, just group together the rows you want to hide (don't touch the month header if you have one) and she sheet will add a new column in front of the row numbers to collapse and expand those rows... the only worrying thing is that expanding a bunch of rows highlights them... so one accidental delete button can wipe a ton of data...
I figured this might be useful to other people with tons of books like Choko and Julie

EDIT: So you were the one annoying me with showing all the hidden rows on Lena's scoresheet! :p
