Happy New Year, guys! I am currently reading The Serpent of Venice. It's a really funny parody of The Merchant of Venice with a smidge of the Cask of Amontillado thrown in. I'm most of the way through and I love it. Christopher Moore calls himself a writer of "absurdist fiction" and honestly everything he does is so weird and funny in the best possible way.
I'm currently reading The Midnight Dog Walkers: Positive Training and Practical Advice for Living With Reactive and Aggressive Dogs.
Just read The Myth Manifestation and the Raine Benares series. I actually like the Raine books more than the SPI files. They almost have a different writing style to them, even though Lisa Shearin writes both series.
I'm currently reading Die Welt in seinem Kopf: Über das Lernverhalten von Hunden, a book about how dogs learn.
Hum, currently reading Phantom Queen series which goes with a complementary other series the Nate Temple books. Also waiting on Kate Daniels 10. Just finished the Iron Covenant book 1 (Hugh's book!!). Next up? Dory book 4!!! 19 days and counting.....
Yaaas cannot wait for the new Dory book.I just re-read a lot of Molly Harper's Half Moon Hollow series. I love her books for the summer time because they are so funny and light-hearted.
I am FINALLY reading Shadows Bane, thanks to a Beverly Hills hotel who kindly loaned me their address and phone number so I could buy the ebook. Was getting so frustrated until I found that hack to make Amazon believe I’m somewhere on the other side of the world and hence worthy of the purchase
I'm currently reading Your Dog Trainers 5 Step Guide To Dog Training: How to have a well behaved and obedient dog in only 15 minutes a day.
I just finished The Outsider by Stephen King. Pretty good. Think I’m going to reread Katherine Arden since the third boo in the series comes out January 8.
Just finished Look Alive Twenty-Five.This series is kind of like my book version of comfort food. Even when it's not that great I still enjoy it.
I'm currently reading Turning Fierce Dogs Friendly: Using Constructional Aggression Treatment to Rehabilitate Aggressive and Reactive Dogs.
