I finished The Babysitter sometime this morning. Unfortunately I remember who was doing the calls & the attacks but I didn’t remember why. I thought end was really intense. I’m going with 2 stars. I didn’t like Jenny. I did not think she should be babysitting with spacing out so much.

I finished it and gave it 2 stars as well. Jenny was annoying like you said Latasha, made no sense (yea let's make out with the guy we think is stalking us) and it was so predictable and i've never read it before.
I finished too, another 2 star book for me. There's no way I'd let Jenny look after my kids, and I'm sorry, but there was nothing adorable about the batty kid either!
Is there anything special about the Slappyworld series, or are they also mainly one-offs you can read in any order?
The Slappyworld books are his most recent GB books, a series for which he's still penning stories. Looks like maybe you don't have to read them in order. One of these days I'll try one.

Latasha,Yes it is. My husband and I went to Universal in Orlando and Wolverine was there. I also saw & got my picture with Spider-Man, Captain America, Cyclops, Storm and Rouge. It was great.
I do too. Disney is suppose to be building a Marvel land now. Thanks it’s been a hard difficult road and it seems it’s getting harder.
So, after having eschewed the GB books for all these years, now that I found a few at library sales, I'm already becoming hooked on them. I've read 3-4 now, and have about 6 more Stine books in my TBR pile. I think I like the fact that they're typically just over 100 pages long, and with big type, so they're really less than 100 pages long. Which means I can rip through one in no time and up my year-to-date books read tally, and feel like I've put a dent in the TBR. Muhahaha
Sorry I haven't been around. We were on a family vacation for a week (really 9/10 days with driving) to Disney World and Hollywood Studios. It was really fun, but now I need a vacation from my vacation, so I'm super low energy and basically vegging out on True Crime and paranormal videos on YouTube. (Not that I wouldn't do that normally lol)I've read about 84 pages of The Baby-sitter. This was a series I highly loved as a kid, so I don't know how I will feel about it at the end rating wise. Nostalgia sometimes wins over logic. Jenny really is annoying though! And that kid does not sound cute at all! Nope. No Way! lol
If you want to see some vacation pictures I have posted some and will post more on my Instagram @leighas_life (Mostly a Bookstagram account.)
Kellie, I hope your mom starts feeling better. I'll keep her in my thoughts. <3
Edit: 10/30 I finished the book. I didn't hate it, but the characters were sure annoying and it was just an eye-rolling experience.Gave it a 2.5, but rounded to a 2 for Goodreads.

If you like podcasts, there are some cool GB related podcasts that go over the books. "Goosebumps: Welcome to DeadCast." is one of my favorites.

Just finished Please Do Not Feed the Weirdo from the Slappyworld series. That just leaves me with two more Stine books. What am I to do? I hope the library sale I'm going to Friday has some...
It's going to be at least a week before I get to this month's book. I've got too many anthologies on the go!
I can find the Goosebump books more often than the Fear Street books. I usually try to read these over the weekend so I can start anytime.
Due to readathons this month I had to start Runaway now or I wouldn't be able to get to it until the end of the month, if then. Too many books on my tbr this month!
I finished Runaway and I loved it! I love Felicia, the supernatural abilities, the mystery. All of it. I gave it 5 stars. And my November is packed with books I need to read. The usual lol.
5 stars Tyler! Fantastic, I'm really looking forward to this now :) Btw, I've joined the 21st century and now have an instagram account. I'm following Tosh, Tyler and Leigha under the name onlyrunifwerewolves, sorry, I have no clue how to link to it though.
i just finished The Killing Kind and there was so many awful, terrible devil creatures in it. i'm going to start his cause i need to get my mind off that book. i do NOT want to have nightmares about it & those satan loving 8 legged monsters.
Tyler J [They/He] wrote: "Glad you liked it Latasha :) Yes they definitely seemed smarter than usual."yep :)
My brain hasn't caught up with the fact that it is November. I'll try to read the book soon.I'm glad it got such a good rating from you Tyler *Crosses fingers I love it too*
I requested to follow you on Instagram Mel :) (leighas_life)
Thanks to thriftbooks.com I just got the rest of the 2020 books! So i'll probably read them along with everyone else next year too. :)
I have all the books except the Goosebump one (which I read recently, so I am debating on if I will read it again, but they are so short and easy to read, so I probably will!)I'm glad you found all the books and are going to be joining us!

I'm not sure if i'll re-read Welcome to Deadhouse as I read that not too long ago really because of the Goosebumps Book Club but as Leigha said they are short and easy to read, and I did give it 4 stars, so I probably will. :)
I finished The Baby-Sitter. I enjoyed it. Definitely had me guessing on who was calling her when she was in the house.
I finished Runaway I liked it a lot. I read it in one sitting, though I only planned on reading a couple chapters. lol
Glad you liked it Leigha. Always wonderful when one plans to just read a little bit and just can't stop. :)
