The book starts with the couple on their wedding day. At the reception the Hs ex comes with a surprise baby and tells him it is. The h s parents are not happy. They H h go home instead of the honeymoon the H looks after the baby while the H stays in the bedroom the last few chapters the h is looking after the baby and a dog lick the baby and the H comes home furious and says some mean stuff. The H ex also comes back towards the end as well and wants to see the baby.

Anne, I'm confused. You describe it as both a book and not a book. Are you simply looking for the author and his or her website, where he/she publishes a new story each month? Where and when did you see this newsletter? Can you maybe check your internet history around the time you think you viewed this? Or is this only something you heard about? If so, where did you hear about it?

This sounds like a Harlequin Presents book I've read. Unfortunately, I've read so many I can't think of author or title.

I do remember heroine gets big dog and names him Clifford. Hero gets mad because he thinks it's not safe with baby. Heroine takes it back to pound and hero goes and gets the dog back the next morning.
