Cerise smiled as he finished his speech, thankful for a place to store her weapon, it was quite large and hard to carry around, outside of that she couldn't wait until she started to learn to fight with others! She was so use to training alone that it will be weird to see how she would fit in a team, she never really thought about that before. She just would fight by herself

Well... Ebony figured that even if she didn't use the lockers, she should check in with the staff so they knew she was here. She got up, rolling her shoulders, and stepped away from the chair, walking to one of the less-busy teachers and stating her name. She was assigned a locker, a scroll, and a passcode number. The scroll was something she'd never really owned before, and she'd probably spend ages fiddling with it to work it out. Where she was from, scrolls and communication outside the city was forbidden to its second class citizens, and then she'd been poor and a young student, so she'd never had one even in Haven. She hadn't bothered with it, simply enough, and she was already trying out the feel, eyes wide, as she walked back to her seat. This might become a new thing to keep on her at all times.
Gale meandered around the theater, she got her locker assignment and a scroll. She wasn't sure what to do now, her first few interactions with other students hadn't gone well.
Riona frowned at the news. "Oh my, sleeping in the same room as boys? That's quite risky," she said aloud. Clearly not on board with the idea of men in the same room as her. What if some of the boys tried something! It would be madness.
A short, almost child like, faunus girl stamped up behind ebony in line for the scrolls and assigns. The little beetle girl almost immediately smashing the thing when she knocked it on the nearest surface curiously. "So this is that scroll thing those humans were talking about," she said loudly. The scent of alcohol wafting from her mouth.
Ivy walked around the room. Less interested in her assignments and more interested in the people. What they wore, what they might not notice missing in the chaos. A necklace, a purse, hell, maybe a scroll she's simply turn into lost and found after the first test. See if these entrance exams weren't as open as they seemed to be so far.

((I am around, may I ask what is a scroll?))
((Okay))
Cerise smiled, and quietly got up and went to find a teacher so she can get her stuff as well and put away her weapon. In truth she didn't mind the idea of sleeping together, she was quite innocent when it came to gender things. When she got to a teacher, she managed to quickly say her name and get her things, before moving away. Quite quickly she started to mess with her scroll, never seeing such a thing before and finding it quite confusing, she went back to a corner, sat down and started to mess with it

Ebony lifted her head, having set a password, set up her Beacon Academy account -complete with profile picture- and accidentally almost dispersing her locker -fortunately empty- to the wilds around the city. She resolved not to stash anything in it until she completely understood what the heck she was doing. She looked up at Riona, and only then realized that they'd be sleeping in the same room as a bunch of boys. That was almost silly. There were so many girls and boys here that nothing bad would possibly happen. Everyone would be on their best behavior. She shrugged off the nasty experience from earlier. Maybe the girl could learn. Who knew? She spread her bedroll in the middle of the room. In case of emergency, she could probably fly straight up and aim for the nearest window, door, or skylight. Still, she also wanted to meet people. Make alliances.
Gale made her way to the galley, where most of the students were meeting for the night, she had put her belongings away and settled down near a pillar. There wasn't much else to do except sit back and wait for sleep.
Eithne, on the other hand was traipsing around the galley, as energetic as ever. She spent most of her trip from Vacou sleeping so she had all the energy in the world to spend!
She caught sight of a faunus girl, with beautiful red feathered wings! So naturally, Eithne and hopped on over.
"Hello!" she cheered smiling.

The twins smiled and looked at Riona. “You can hang with us!” Yahto said, understanding her concern. However, these boys had no ill intentions. Their father taught them well and they have never had those kinds of thoughts anyways. Plus, they felt it was probably her best chance of not getting anything weird done if she stuck with some guys, just to intimidate them.
“That has the best chances anyways, if someone were to have those intentions they would be scared off by two guys hanging out with you.” Mavi responded.
Raiden stood up and walked to get his scroll and locker information.

((Riona and the boys are hanging out, Raiden has no one to interact with yet if anyone wants to hop on that train.))
((Gimme beetle?))
Ebony glanced at Eithne, confused for a moment at why anyone was directly talking to her. "Hello," she said, getting over her momentary shock. "My name is Ebony." She politely offered her hand. She usually didn't have much bite... Poor girl from outside had totally gotten the shaft.

(( i got Ember and Ivy.))
Riona still seemed a bit unnerved. "But how am I to change if there are prying male eyes watching?" She said with a pout, slightly assuming the two of them wanted to cop a peek of her as well.

The twins looked at her, confused. “Bathrooms?” Mavi said suddenly, as if that was common knowledge. “Or we could lift up some blankets and you could use those as cover, but i would suggest the bathroom.”
((Same, sorry if my posts are short as well))

"I'm Eithne!" she answered cheerfully as she took the girls hand and gave it a firm shake. "So, isn't this place great?" she asked almost beaming.
((Rock is gonna schleep.))
Rionna sighed. "Very well, the bathrooms shall have to do," she said. A bit disappointed she'd have to change is such a nasty place, but it beat peeping toms trying to catch a look at her. The lady maybe or maybe not considering herself a highly looked at and pretty girl.
Ember eventually stopped smashing her scroll against the wall at a teachers panicked request, and instead went out to find someone else to teach her. Scanning the room she of course laid eyes on the fluffy winged faunus and stamped over. "You, do you know how to work this devise?" She barked loudly.

"I suppose," she began, feeling awkward as she spoke with Eithne, hoping that she wasn't being too cold. "I haven't seen much of it outside of this room." She cleared her throat a little, then looked to Ember, eyes wide. Why was everyone talking to her? Had she made a good impression, flying in like that? "I figured out how to make a profile, and nearly launched my locker to the moon. So... I kind of know how to work it?"
"Oh you mean your scroll!" Eithne interjected. "they're cool right? I can't believe they just hand these out to students." she continued holding hers up, "I had one a while back, but it was old and mostly just for calling people." She turned her attention back to Ebony. "The rocket lockers are probably the strangest thing i've seen today!"

The twins looked at her. “Apparently the bathrooms are very clean here, so you should not have any trouble using them.” Yahto said. He remembered the airship bathrooms being extremely clean, which was weird considering they were the men’s bathroom. He consulted his brother about it, who figured out that it probably was the same for the school. Everyone wants to make a good first impression and if their bathrooms were dirty, that would not boed well with their new students.
“I’m going to grab our things from the teacher.” Mari responded.
Raider, having all of this things gathered togother, decided to try to find a spot where he would set up camp. He actually had a small compact tent that could be set up anywhere. He was looking for a spot that could fit the tent nicely.

"You know how to use these?" Ebony asked in a lowered voice. "Could you show us how?" she checked. She couldn't do much more than just relax and try to figure things out before their big mission tomorrow. That would be tricky on its own, she figured.
The lady had better teach them quickly as ember attempted to again knock the device against the wall. More interested in its uses outside what images the scroll "randomly" showing her images as she incorrectly put in her information. It was clear she had probably never even turned on a light-switch before.
Rionna nodded. "Yes, I suppose we mist go talk to the teachers as requested. The girl quickly got up and went to the teachers to obtain her scroll and locker. A small frown of her face as she realized she didn't need to bring her phone.

Mavi smiled. "I'm grabbing my brother's scroll while he finds some place to set up camp." he looked around and pointed at Raiden. "Like that guy is right now." he then turned his attention towards Rionna. "So, i will accompany you to the teacher." he was more formal than his brother and listened more, but figured if she was going as well they might as well go together.
((someone please interact with Raiden, he is like a lonely little person hanging out in the corner))

Melanie seemed to seep from the side of a room, powerful, pretty, and beaming. She approached Raiden, slipping her scroll into her pocket. She reached her hand forward towards the solo boy. "I'm Melanie Night," she introduced, her face warm and beaming. "It's good to be accepted into the best academy in Vale," she joked. It was the only academy in Vale.

((YAY!))
Raiden laughed at her comment, knowing the joke behind it. "Nice to meet you Melanie, i am Raiden Pachara" he sighed, knowing that there was no cleaning device around him and reluctantly took her hand. he was going to spend the night around all of these germ filled people, he might as well join them. "I'm guessing you are finding someplace to sleep as well?" he had walked around trying to find an open spot for his small tent.

He was going to pitch a tent inside? How novel. She nodded her head in response. "I'm sure there's enough space on the floor, chairs, and couches for everyone to make themselves quite comfortable for the coming test." She shook his hand firmly, then released it simply. "Do you know how teams will be assigned?"

Raiden shook his head no. "No, sadly i don't. If we are choosing our own teams, i don't think i've introduced myself to enough people to even be considered." actually, Melanie was the first person he had talked to, other than the teachers of course. no one would want to be with a person they don't know on their team, nor would they choose someone they don't know for their team.
Eithna knelt down next to the other two girls and brought out her scroll.
"ok! so first thing first! you can access your contact list with this button here. . ." Eithne began to explain, going through the most basic functions of the scroll. Like the contact lists, and the image gallery, followed by the rocket locker controls. She wasn't so sure about this one. But! she hadn't launched her locker into the skies so....

Ebony leaned close to glean whatever information she could from this obvious expert. She had already sorted out setting things up, but it helped to see all the functions of the scroll, especially which ones to avoid, like rocket launching her equipment. They'd probably go more into that later.
Melanie nodded her head. "I suppose it would be best to be friendly to everyone here, then, as you don't know who will be your partner just yet. I wonder if it is done by personality," she considered, tapping her lips. "Perhaps by semblances." She gestured to a pair of chairs. "It's not time to sleep just yet; will you sit and talk with me?"

Raiden looked at her and smiled. "Sure. what do you want to talk about?" he said, going over to the chairs and sitting down. his footsteps were nonexistent, but he was clearly walking. 'force of habit' he would often say to others who asked. he was in no mood to talk about his past.
"Well, I reason that learning about my classmates can only be beneficial mutually when we get onto the testing grounds," Melanie explained, "So, I'd like to learn a little bit about you. Why do you want to be a hunter?"

((man, you're making me pull out the character sheet XD))
Raiden looked at her. there was no way he was telling her the full truth. "I want to use my talents for the greater good." he said, figuring that was enough of an answer. of course, he left out a major part but that does not matter. "How about you?" he asked. "Why do you want to become a hunter?" of course, it was curtsy to ask the question in return.

Eithne moved on to show Ebony her favorite feature of the scroll. The Aura meter.
"This is cool!" she said showing Ebony the small meter, "this allows us to monitor our aura levels! Its actually a lot more helpful than people think!" she paused and let her scroll scan, or read, or whoever it actually worked, her aura level. And the meter filled to a full 100%. No one ever told her how the doo-hickey worked. But it DID! and that's all that mattered.
"I think the teachers use it a lot, to monitor our skills and progress and stuff!" she said smiling at Ebony. "Try yours!"

Ember frowned as she tried to keep up with Eithne's lesson, the whole thing going way to fast for her and the short little girl soon started to grow angry at the device, her hands clenching onto the device hard enough show strain on her face as she slowly grew more grumpy and angry like some small irrational child.
"Well let us look not keep him waiting too long," she said as she looked for a free teacher to obtain a scroll from. Even if she already had one of her own it would probably be best to get a school lent one in case it has specifics needed for the classes and students that a normal one would not have.

Yahto walked off trying to find some hooks he can hang his hammocks on. "You guys go get the things! i will motion to you when i found some spots." if it came down to it, he would have to get the poles from his brothers bag, but right now he had to try to find a spot he can set up camp. it was weird, everyone else had sleeping bags or sheets that they brought with them.
Mavi watched as his brother ran off into the crowd. "I guess we should get going then." he said to Rionna.
Mavi watched as his brother ran off into the crowd. "I guess we should get going then." he said to Rionna.
Ebony was catching on quickly. She clicked a button and her aura flashed a few different colors before swelling up to the full 100%. She clenched her teeth in an excited grin before looking at the other girl, who looked ready to smash the scroll against the wall. "Like this," she said, demonstrating the steps again, hoping to help somewhat. She was in a less-grumpy mood now, and more excited than before.
Melanie shrugged. "I came because I wanted to. I don't have much of a desire to help humanity or better myself. It's just a career, if I'm honest." She shrugged and smiled sheepishly. "It's not the most noble of reasons, I know."

Cerise watched from a distance, playing with her scroll, learning the different functions of it. Once she did, she got up to learn her locker number so she could put away her things
"Yeah the scrolls can be a little, confusing when ya first get 'em." said Eithne looking hers over again. It still wasn't scheduled with her classes, but she imagined that would happen tomorrow after the initiation tests....trails...whatever.
"But they're SUPER helpful!"
From her quite corner in the room Gale had decided that she was bored, and was going to go the locker room and check on her weapons. She didn't know what the trails were going to be, but she wanted to make sure her blades were in tip top shape, just in case.
((Gale goes to the Locker Room ))
