Genre: children's, easy reader (not a chapter book), 20 or less pages, color illustrations
Plot: A new family moves to a neighborhood where all the houses look exactly the same. The new family loves color and music etc. They decorate their home with colorful paint, balloons, etc. One neighbor (an army general maybe?) doesn't like how different the new family is, calls in the army tanks to remove the people in the house that's "different" from the rest. Other neighbors love the new family and help to stop the tanks.
