The book is about a girl who works at a bagel shop with her boyfriend Eliot and she catches Eliot cheating on her in the freezer with a girl with a butterfly tattoo. Other details: On the first date they go walking by a river and they make out and he tries to take her bra off but she doesn't want to. At a party later on they go upstairs and almost sleep together but then she doesn't want to. She has a couple of best friends and one of them is named Liz or Lisa or something and she's pretty and plays in the marching band, bassoon I think? At the end the girl writes a song that she shows her grandmother that's got something in it like "the only cure that works is to get a new boyfriend". Any help would be greatly appreciated, I read this book when I was young and have been searching for it for years!
