SOLVED. Nostalgia Help needed! Looking for book like Where's Waldo? From late 80's early 90's. [s]

Hey guys.

I had this hardcover book while growing up in NYC. It was Where's Waldo? in that you had to find something or someone (I can't remember) but there is one particular scene that I have never forgotten. It's driving me nuts. I've been searching online for 2 days now and I can't put my finger on it.This is what I remember.

There was a scene from inside a house but it was like they showed the inside of the house from outside and there was snow. (Like the 4th wall was broken and we could see inside). The scene reminds me of the Home Alone scene when everyone's scurrying around to get ready. There may have been a Christmas party going on.

I think it was a holiday themed search book because I think another scene from another spread was an outdoor ice skating rink and another was inside a mall during the holidays. I can't remember the name of the book but i feel like the cover was Christmas blue or baby blue.

Help it's driving me nuts. There was a very specific day in my life when school was cancelled due to snow and we had a snow day. I remember looking out my bedroom window at the snow while looking at this book.
