Sorry, folks - and anyone else who finds problems. I am having all sorts of spreadsheet issues - I guess that's what happens when you update computers, software, etc. We're working on fixing things as problems show up - so, please, keep letting me know of problems, and be patient!

Task 15.7 requires that there be a word in the title that can be made from GROUNDHOG DAY. That word must be at least 3 letters long. It is not sufficient to have 3 letters from a word in the title - you must have an entire word.

Task 15.5 requires that you state that this is a new author for you.

The only paper edition of Not a Creature Was Purring has no information about page numbers. You will either need to ask a librarian to add the information, or request page number verification in the ebook verification thread.

Task 30.2, requires that each book be at least 250 pages. The Colorado Kid has only 184 pages. Also, book 2 must not be part of a series, and The Colorado Kid is listed on GR as being #13 in the Hard Case Crimes series.

I checked this thread to see if there was a problem with it, but I don't see anything. It looks like post #375 for Kristen IA is what is missing. My records show that I should have 85, but the readerboard shows 65.

I read through most (if not all) of the FAQ, general guidelines, etc. threads, and I can't find anything to specifically answer my question which is this:I'm currently reading a bind-up edition of multiple books (Jurassic Park / The Lost World). Can I count these as two separate books and use the MMPB edition for page counts/tasks as they are each ~400 pages, or do I need to use this as single book with it's listed bind-up page count for a task?

This is the sort of question that's best for the General Questions thread in the help threads.
However, the answer is in the Rules of the Challenge:
"11. Books identified as an "omnibus" (a volume of reprinted works of a single author or of related works), as a "bundle" (a digital collection of works of a single author or of related works) or as collected works (The Complete .... , anthologies, etc.) may be isolated into component parts and read separately as long as the isolated work has been published separately and meets the minimum page requirements.
The Harry Bosch Novels, Volume 1: The Black Echo / The Black Ice / The Concrete Blonde contains 3 independently published titles: The Black Echo, The Black Ice, The Concrete Blonde. These titles in this omnibus may be read as separate books.
If you choose to read an element isolated from an aggregate work, you MUST include a link to the book (isbn/asin) that you read AND provide a link to a separately published work that relates to the isolated title. The use of particular title words, cover colors, or cover images to fulfill tasks applies to the actual book that you read. That means:
>tasks involving elements in the title/subtitle are determined by the isolated work
>tasks involving the author/author name are determined by the isolated work
>tasks involving the book's cover are determined by the book that you read. If an omnibus includes individual covers for the isolated works use the cover for the individual title. If the only cover image is the cover of the aggregate work use that cover.
Page numbers should be determined by the copy you read. If a component part has 200 pages in the print edition you read, record those numbers. For digital or audio formats follow the page number guidelines in item 7 above for the isolated title."

"Books whose main page lists any of these genres: Sequential Art, Comics, Comic Book, or Manga may only be used for 5, 10, and 15 point tasks unless specifically allowed in the task description for a higher point task."
Task 20.6 does not specifically allow books with these genres, and Looking for Calvin and Hobbes: The Unconventional Story of Bill Watterson and His Revolutionary Comic Strip has Sequential Art>Comics as the 3d listed main page genre.
If you do not believe this is actually a comic book/graphic novel, you can ask for an exemption in the Not Really a Comic Book thread.

Since we use the paperback pages, not the ebook pages, Reflections on Meditation: A Guide for Beginners has 110 pages, so does not count as your 1 short book for a 5 point task.

I literally read it as a physical book. How can I fix this? I find it so odd that they don't list the book edition since I read it!

You could start by searching by ISBN - perhaps the paper edition is on GR, but you linked to the ebook by mistake and the two haven't been linked. If it is on GR, you can repost, linking to the correct edition.
If the paper edition isn't on GR at all, you could ask for assistance in adding it in the is anyone a librarian thread.

Task 20.4 does not specifically allow sequential art, etc., so Saga, Vol. 6 cannot be used for this task.

Task 15.8 requires that you include the page of the list on which your book is found.
Task 20.6 - all SRC tasks require that you read a "book." A calendar isn't a book, and is not characterized as such on GR.
Task 20.8. You have linked to the kindle edition. The page number is determined by reference to the MMPB, Secret d'été - that has 504 pages, which does not fit the task.
Task 25.4 - for book 2, you need to indicate the list on which your book was found.
Please do not repost the other tasks in your post - they have been recorded.

Nature Anatomy appears to consist primarily of illustrations, with captions/brief descriptions. Art books must have a substantial amount of text. Please explain whether there is at least 100 pages of text in this book.
