I did post it on Amazon US at the same time as the other reviews... I'll check again. I may not be allowed to post again, though... if a problem I may have to contact Amazon US.

I tried to leave the review again and when I click on "Leave a Customer Review" it doesn't lead me to any review text box. It only leads me to books I've looked at or read without reviewing and yours doesn't show up on this personal listing compiled by Amazon US.

So I think either the review is still in process or they're rejecting this review as being biased, but I haven't had any rejected review for years now, so who knows.

Let's wait three more days. At least you have Amazon UK and Goodreads reviews from me.
