Chain Game - Recommend a Book!

This is a fun way to throw around book recommendations for those that are looking for something fun to read. The rules are simple. You will recommend a book that you enjoyed and the person below you replies to the recommendation. If you are the person replying, you would put -- 'Yes' if you agree, 'No' if you don't agree, or 'Never Read' if you have not picked up the book. Feel free to expand and give reasons why if you wish! After you reply, add your own recommendation so that the chain of recommendations can continue.

Game Points:
If you read a book that you were recommended here, comment on the thread to earn 5 POINTS!
If someone reads the book you recommended, you earn 3 POINTS!

Let the game begin -- Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

I totally agree! The movie was not nearly as good! I thought the whole directorial choice of removing wizards robes was really weird. It made it less...magical? I was glad when they all started wearing robes again in the next movie...though, those boys needed to cut their silly hair in the 4th movie. But alas, that is a different rant.

YES to Eragon!

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis
