This book was awesome. I didn't know I was in the mood for a good mystery and Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson did it for me. The only "problem" is that it's a series and not a standalone, but it was good and I want more...
Anyways, the connection here is sort of two-fold: when Stevie starts poking around, she is given a book and some possible clues from the librarian of the school. Then, later on, she is left in charge of a project to catalog a bunch of Ellingham items. (I think the librarian should have helped her learn to do this, but hey. And Stevie really only looks at the stuff, we never read about her writing any of it down and actually cataloging these items.)
A fun winter read!
