The Summoning question

It is in my top series but not my favorite

I love this book so much. The story is different then many others I think, plus just the whole book in of it's self is wonderful. I finished the series umm last month sometime I wanna say.. and loved the whole thing.

Darkest powers are my go to books whenever i can't decide what to read,need to clear my head between the books or i have to choose a book to take with me on a trip.In my life i have read over 10 000 books but these books i keep returning to.They are not the best written or most amazing but somehow i love them above any else.

I read this about 2-3 years ago and just...Oh my gosh I want to reread this again before I'm too old to be crushing on Derek, but man my favourite part of this series is that the main girl is not crushing on the two guys the whole time like insta love, like yes no stupid romance getting in the way of my awesome ghost conspiracy action plot, I love it, awkward werewolf gets the girl in the end, hell yes, and it's believable, plus urban fantasy ghostly evil asylum conspiracy, this just had my name plastered all over it. It's one of the few books I've reread and I plan on rereading again. Just AMAZING.

The Darkest Powers trilogy are my all time favourite books. I have read them so many times that pages are starting to fall out! I love Derek so much!! I also recently read the Darkness Rising Trilogy which is a side-by-side story and both series' are intertwined! If you haven't read them then I highly recommend that you do! Chloe and Derek's Journey continues, briefly, but its enough. :)
