Anabell | 355 comments There is always the lorien legacy books. Pittacus Lore science fiction

Kimberley - TardisBookishTales (whovian_reads_books) | 9 comments The Dreamers Series by David and Leigh Eddings (The Elder Gods; The Treasured Ones; Crystal Gorge and The Younger Gods) would work, for any fantasy lovers. I’m torn between that and Sleeping Beauties by Stephen and Owen King. I’ll have to flip a coin I think!

Love this book!

Wendy | 17 comments Autoboyography is by two women writing under one name.

Also, Douglas Adams wrote Last Chance to See while traveling the world looking at endangered species with zoologist Mark Carwardine, then twenty years later, Carwardine wrote Last Chance to See: In the Footsteps of Douglas Adams, about how the species fared in the intervening years, and since Adams's death. Sort of?

message 57: by Danielle (new)

I enjoyed it, though I prefer the first 2/3 of the book

message 58: by Kathleen (new)

message 67: by Lindi (new)

Lindi (lindimarie) I'll be reading League of Denial: The NFL, Concussions and the Battle for Truth, which was written by two brothers.

message 68: by Mrs. Hahn (new)

Mrs. Hahn (kate_hahn) | 8 comments Last year, I used Will Grayson, Will Grayson which is YA, and this year I used Save Me a Seat which is Elementary / Middle Grades. Both were great choices.

Seconded - I just finished it and thoroughly enjoyed it.

message 82: by Laura (new)

Laura Sullivan | 19 comments A mystery published in 2018 with two authors: The Wife Between Us

Haven't read it but seems to be getting some good reviews, if anyone is looking for something really recent!

message 84: by Tania (new)

Tania | 678 comments I read Sisters First: Stories from Our Wild and Wonderful Life by Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush. The sisters alternate chapters in this memoir to tell stories from their lives together (from their two different perspectives) as well as some of their own unique experiences as individuals.

message 85: by Anjana (new)

Anjana I read No Laughing Matter by Joseph Heller and Speed Vogel for this prompt. No Laughing Matter

message 86: by Tania (new)

Tania | 678 comments Another nonfiction choice is Furious Love: Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, and the Marriage of the Century by Sam Kashner and Nancy Schoenberger, quite the in-depth look at the lives and marriage of two Hollywood legends. Some of the editions only list one of the authors for some reason, but there are two.

message 87: by Shelley (new)

Shelley | 231 comments I went with The Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O. by Neal Stephenson and Nicole Galland. It is all about the discovery of time travel (by way of witches), the bureaucratic creation of a working government program, and everything that can go wrong with time travel. It had very dry humor which made me laugh a few times in public (the government memos on acronym choices in particular was hilarious).

This book hits so many categories if you are interested: involving a heist, alliteration, time travel, animal in the title (it's a stretch but still), about Halloween (Halloween party is a big part), past Goodreads winner, and Recommended!

message 88: by Jess (new)

Jess (seejessread) | 248 comments I read Wars in Toyland for this prompt. I had been looking forward to it for a while and was pretty disappointed. It's a graphic novel in case you are interested.

Completed 2/18

message 89: by Sherri (new)

Sherri Saul | 17 comments A book by two authors: Charles Todd is actually a mother/son team that writes some wonderful books. CT has two series going; I like them both. they are set during WWI and after that war. They are detective stories set in Great Britain.

message 90: by Sofiya (new)

Sofiya Androshchuk | 1 comments I read The Wife Between Us and Good Omens, can someone help me apply a different prompt to one of these?
Thank you!!

message 91: by Kylee (new)

Kylee Jackson | 2 comments I loved All American Boys by Jason Reynolds and Brendan Kiely! It's a really good complement to The Hate You Give, and it's told through two points of view.

message 92: by Lindsay (new)

Lindsay S I wanted to lighten the mood for this pick with a bit of romance and have a bit of nostalgia with a grown-up "choose your own adventure."
I will be reading My Lady's Choosing: An Interactive Romance Novel by Kitty Curran & Larissa Zageris

message 93: by Johanne (new)

Johanne *the biblionaut* | 1301 comments Oh, that sounds fun Lindsay!

message 96: by Nikki (new)

message 97: by Cathy (new)

Cathy | 5 comments Today, I started Traveling with Pomegranates by Sue Monk Kidd and Ann Kidd Taylor for this prompt.

message 98: by Sylvia (new)

Sylvia Smith | 57 comments For this one I read Gwendys Button Box. It was an easy read so I can get on with the big ones. It was not what ya think with Stephen King.

message 99: by Hayley (last edited Apr 12, 2018 06:05AM) (new)

Hayley | 14 comments I am about to finish You Don't Lose 'Til You Quit Trying: Lessons on Adversity and Victory from a Vietnam Veteran and Medal of Honor Recipient and am wondering if it qualifies for this prompt. It is a memoir of Sammy Lee Davis, but has Caroline Lambert as a ghostwriter. I'm not sure ghostwriters fulfill the spirit of this prompt. Thoughts?

message 100: by Teri (new)

Teri (teria) | 1554 comments For something different (and because I'm currently obsessed with the musical Hamilton), I listened to the audiobook of Hamilton: The Revolution by Lin Manuel-Miranda and Jeremy McCarter. Very entertaining if you love the backstory of how a musical is created.
