43. A book with a title that is a whole sentence
Another no brainer for me because I have My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry sitting on my shelf.I loved Ove, so hopefully I'll enjoy this as well. I have 2 Backmans on my challenge list.
A few I'm thinking about:My Name Is Asher Lev
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine
Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe
I'll Be Right There by Kyung-Sook Shin, set in South Korea, is my first choice. I've never read anything set in North or South Korea.Alternate name based on the cover: I was Caught in a Storm
Some of my options:Anger Is a Gift
Blue Is the Warmest Color
Breathe, Annie, Breathe
Hold Still
It's Not Like It's a Secret
Let's Talk About Love
The Locusts Have No King
I'm considering:Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine
Never Let Me Go
I Will Send Rain
She's Come Undone
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
Only God Can Make a Tree
Fall on Your Knees

I was so disappointed with that book and with Britt-Marie (the sequel). I read A Man Called Ove first, so my expectations were way high. It's not a bad book, but make sure you adjust your expectations. Ove and Beartown were much better!

I had so many on my TBR that fit this prompt, and surprisingly, a lot of nonfiction. I'll be choosing between:
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine
Eat Only When You're Hungry
The Princess Saves Herself in this One
Dick Cheney Shot Me in the Face
They Both Die at the End
You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life
Where Am I Now?

Beartown was my favorite read of 2017. But I enjoyed Britt-Marie Was Here a lot when I read it a couple of years ago. I didn't much like Grandmother, though.
I'm going to read Scarlett Epstein Hates It Here by Anna Breslaw. I got it through my UpperCase subscription a while ago and never read it. It's a YA contemporary novel. Can someone tell me how to create the book title link that you guys all have in your posts. I can't figure it out!

When you are typing in the comment box at the very top where it says "add book/author" you can type in the name and select either the title or the cover .
Okay, I just figured out it that the "add book/author" feature doesn't appear if I am using my phone to comment.
The app is horrible. Most of the time I can see half of the writing in the comments ( not all, it gets cut off) and the book titles or covers never show up :-(
Tamula - You can use your phone to link books, etc. but you have to use the desktop version rather than the App. Unfortunately, the App is limited in its functionality, for us serious users.
Would The Girl Who Drank the Moon count for this prompt? It is definitely a long title, but I'm not sure it counts as a sentence. I guess it could be a response to a question (Q: Who is that? A: The girl who drank the moon). Thoughts?
Corinne wrote: "Would The Girl Who Drank the Moon count for this prompt?"No, it a clause. A sentence is a subject and a predicate (and sometimes one or more clauses). If it was something like "The girl, who drank the moon, had blonde hair" or "The girl drank the moon" it would be a sentence.
Sorry. :)

I'm thinking about using "It Happened on Love Street," because I love The Doors, and this book also works for "song lyric" in Popsugar. That's a full sentence, right?

Thanks for suggesting this, I've wanted to read something set in Korea and this looks an interesting read.
What are you reading for this category?Who Will Care For Us? Long-Term Care and the Long-Term Workforce: Long-Term Care and the Long-Term Workforce by Paul Osterman.
- Look at the cover and give a new sentence title to your book.
Guess what? It's going to happen to you, too.
Jill wrote: "Would “All is Not Forgotten” by Wendy Walker work?"Yes, it has the subject "all" and predicate "is not forgotten".
I didn't have many options for this category and none really jumped out at me. In the end I decided to go for Did You Ever Have a Family which I added to my TBR a long, long time ago. I had forgotten what it's about (hence my initial lack of interest) but after checking the reviews just now I'm quite intrigued by it.
What are you reading for this category?Les cafards n'ont pas de roi (Cockroaches have no king) - D. E. Weiss

There are many lines in a story
This was another book from my friend Stefanie's list I discovered when looking for a book for week 20. The Woman in Cabin 10
I was originally going to read And Then There Were None but I got Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman in my Book of the Month box so I decided to go with it instead.

I’m planning on Eleanor for this prompt too, if it’s killing me to have to wait till Week 43! I see this book everywhere and people seem to almost universally love it.

It was one of my favorite reads of the year! I read it on January 1st, as soon as all the new challenges started because I couldn't wait 😂

Eleanor Says She Is Fine, But Really, Not So Much
- What are you reading for this category?Britt-Marie Was Here
- Look at the cover and give a new sentence title to your book.
She Likes Cleaning, Rats, and Football.
H is for Hawk . Not the most exciting sentence admittedly. Perhaps Falconry can be Part of the Grieving Process (although you can't tell that from the cover!).
I'm reading I'm Not Stiller. The title is perfect for the story! A title based on the bizarre e-book cover, which is quite different from the paperback,
: My Life is a Crazy Mess
What are you reading for this category?I read The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson
Look at the cover and give a new sentence title to your book.
Several stories of one man's life.

I did Eleanor for this prompt too and after not being so sure I really liked it

I just finished reading The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder for this prompt. It was a very interesting read, especially since I am a nurse. I didn't realize that this guy was the reason some laws and practices are in effect.
A new title would be Man at a Hospital. I do not feel like the cover really gives any indication that you're about to read a book about murder.
