10 hours ten books! Happy 10 year anniversary!
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
From the Lovely Bluegrass State of Kentucky
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
My Best Friend's Excorism maybe. I have too many to dive into.
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
Cheetos and White Chocolate KitKits (not together of course)
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I am a big reader, I am working on my MLIS in archival studies and digital curation and I love readathons. My fiance is also participating this year as well!
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
I am going to try to be more active on this forum at least. I need to work on being more social...

#Read More Women Challenge:

These are some of my favorite women authors or authors in general. It isn't an exclusive stack but I will willingly read everything I find of these authors.
Authors included:
Margaret Atwood, Sara Gruen, Amy Tan, Phillipa Gregory, N.K. Jemisin, Jane Austen, Harper Lee, Nalo Hopkinson, Roxanne Gray, Ursula Le Guin

Book Challenge:
Mad lib from Passage in a book, from Every Heart a Doorway.
"She'd been gone for six months, from their perspective. One Month for each of the pomegranate seeds that Persephone had eaten, back at the beginning of things. Years for her, and months for them. They still thought she was dyeing her hair. They still thought she was eventually going to tell them where she'd been."
Mad lib version:
She'd been gone for three hours, from their thought. Six days for each of the grapes that Tom Cruise had eaten, back at the beginning of trees. Five minutes for her, and two years for them. They still thought she was running her Walmart. They still thought she was eventually going to tell them where she'd been.

Right now I am in the middle of a AtoZ reading Challenge, A Library Readathon challenge and the Book Riot Read Harder Challenge for 2018. I am hoping for this readathon to knock a few challenge requirements out. If I get through all of these books, (highly doubtful) I will reward myself by reading some fun titles.
Readathon pile:

The Initial Post!
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
From the Lovely Bluegrass State of Kentucky
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
Good Question. Maybe The Geek Feminist Revolution or Jade Dragon Mountain. Because I am in the middle of challenges I don't have as many fun books to pick between as I usually do.
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
I am going to try to be a little healthier this readathon so I bought some healthy snacks like Honeycrisp apples (my fav.) I need to start eating better overall.
I am going to try to last the entire 24 hours. I have yet to make it. Also I am going to try to be active by exercising while reading. It actually keeps me more focused than I thought it would.

Reading:

But also worked out with 3367 steps. Bottle of Yogurt, Green tea and an apple for Breakfast. :D

Thank you Ann! I hope I will like it. I needed to pick a Western for BRRH, so I'm hoping it will be a good pick. :D

Opening survey
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?

The Perfect Mother or Beauty and the Mustache. I may add other books to my stack since I am overall a mood reader.
