Sandy I’m glad that you loved the book called The Housewarming by S.E. Lynes and Sandy my reads are going great
At the moment I'm reading Walter Tevis The Queen's Gambit - I want to finish it befor going on with the Netflix series - and Paola Masino Nascita e morte della massaia, a book written in the 40s of last century that I have to confess I'm not particularly liking, and listening tovEleanor H. Porter Mary Marie
I chose another book:
Reality Boulevard by Melissa Jo Peltier. Published in 2013, this Hollywood novel gives us an insider's view inside the sordid world of "reality" television.
I am reading
The Ten Thousand Doors of January for a GR group. (Already behind!!) but it is good so far. Also
The Discomfort of Evening which is a little sad and a little strange but a quick read.

It took me a little longer to get into than The Rules of Magic but it turns out to be every bit as magical and enchanting ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Magic Lessons by Alice Hoffman https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...https://sandysbookaday.wordpress.com/...
I am going to be starting The Heart of a Woman: The Life and Music of Florence B. Price today or tomorrow and am really looking forward to it because her music is brilliant.
I've started yesterday Falling - and I really like tha way this writer writes!!!
At the same time I'm listening to The Neverending Story and reading L'Agnese va a morire, an Italian book on the "resistenza", the movement that, especially in northen Italy but not only, opposed to the Nazi occupation of our country, as well as against the fascist government of Salò Repubblic.
We have several novels on this topic; this is one of the dearest to me; read only once when at school, it's hight time I read it again - also considering that my grandfather was a partisan

That is so special - reading a book that has a family connection!
