#34 How do you know it was never published? I've seen examples with and without the Kindle Worlds logo, and those were not supposed to be merged. Also a review mentions an ARC, cover without logo might be the ARC cover.

Can it be deleted since the correct version has been displayed? It has a different cover so I don't think it can combine.
