Utopian Sci-Fi Mystery Book about this investigator who's parents were both in the science field and thus the government makes him a criminal investigator. The government controls who you marry but this investigator is in love with some girl in the art department but it's forbidden. His father gets a bone marrow transplant or gives one and is framed for a crime. After this investigator solves some big government mystery for them, they decide to let him be with the artistic-field girl.
