SOLVED. YA retelling of the Twa Sisters/Two Sisters. [s]

I remember reading a short story (I think in a YA/children's anthology but not sure) retelling the story of the Twa Sisters, where one sisters pushes another into the river/sea and a minstrel makes a harp out of her bones. I know that the one I'm thinking of is NOT "Cruel Sisters" by Patricia C. Wrede. It may have been modern, and I think it was told from the younger sister's POV. There was something about a necklace that was significant. I read it about 10-15 years ago, and it seemed relatively new then.
