I have a few extra group reads this month than normal so I started early and read this one last week.I really liked the first third in Eastern Europe that was more folk/fairy tale based, but once they got to the US that sort of tapered off and went to more generic magical realism. It's still good but I wasn't as enthralled with the US portion of the novel because of it.
I'm going to pass on this one. It looks interesting, and the library has a copy, but I'm moving this month and don't want an extra book hanging around, particularly one I don't need to misplace!

My Library has it , so I've ordered it. There's not even a cue so I'll be able to start soon hopefully!
