I loved Ken Campbell's rendition of it--he is a great narrator and a real nice guy too (one of ACX's best). Johathan, thanks, I just figured this out when I sent the last code yesterday (oh well, we're all honest folks here!) ! Not only am I a new author but also am new to social media (a real greenhorn!), although I have been using computers in medical research and management for thirty years! My first blog ever was two months ago, and Amazon and its companies have been extremely kind and generous in offering assistance. I will send the code to Lonely Pines to you by special message.
