Trying to plow through Call Down the Hawk. I'm sure it's sacrilege but I'm not a Maggie Stiefvater fan, and half the time I have no idea what's going on in this book :/

which... Call Down the Hawk? It's a spin-off from the Raven Boys quartet (which I wasn't actually nuts about either). I wouldn't be reading it at all but I try to read all the Oklahoma Sequoyah nominees each year b/c of my job. This is the last one.

And I had to go back to almost the beginning and skim because I couldn't make sense of anything (again). Did about 70 pages.
