Genre- Adult (?Romance?) was a teaser at the end of a book. The girl wakes up in woods/forest and know she is running from someone. She runs until she comes to a road, follows it but sticks to the tree line. A car with spotlight is driving slowly past. She keeps hidden in trees. Comes up to a cabin.. dog barks when it hears or sees her and two guys who are at the cabin find her.
Please help I can not find which book this was in.
