R (theravengirl) | 31 comments Hey guys! So lately I've been in almost a "slump" because I just move from one book to the next and don't love any of them. Some books I devoured and loved include The Raven Boys (decided not to finish the last yet), any Cassandra Clare, the Iron Fey, Six of Crows...

Can anyone recommend a good solid series I can invest myself into?

L.C. Perry | 202 comments Switched (Trylle Trilogy, #1) by Amanda Hocking This book got me interested as soon as I started reading it if you want to try a book that would snatch your interest by the first chapter.
A good suspenseful one is Don't Look Back by Jennifer L. Armentrout I read this in almost one sitting.
Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee This is another one that might quickly catch your interest. Hope this helps :)

V (vebha) | 1 comments Try the black mage series by Rachel Carter. Loved the whole series.

Toni DeMarco The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas! It is obsessing and I love it😂 Her other series A Court of Thorns and Roses is also super good. So I would definitely give them both a try!

Lilli Amechi (flo_lilli) The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stievater (i think I spelt that wrong but oh well)

S.T. Sanchez I loved Graceling and Fire, but not a fan of bitterblue. But they each have and ending so you don't have to read the third.

Dave Johnston (sixtyminutereads) I just finished reading John Connolly's "Chronicles of the Invaders" trilogy. I'm a huge fan of John - mainly for his gritty Charlie Parker series - but this venture into YA is really good. Quite a slow burner in Book 1, but then I consumed the lot rapidly.

Heidi Angell (heidiangell) | 82 comments I love Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series, but couldn't get into the spinoffs.

The Elemental Series by Alex E. Carey is pretty good so far (I'm only on the second book.)

Not quite YA, but my teenage boys are reading The Kaelandur Trilogy, part of the Thrice Nine Legends by Joshua Robertson. We're all hooked!

L.B. Schulman (authorlbschulman) Life as We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer. I loved this series...not all the books equally, but I was totally addicted to it overall. The author did an incredible job looking at how the world would change with a natural disaster (an asteroid knocks the moon closer to our planet.)

Louise | 24 comments If you really liked Six of Crows you might like The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch, or the Chathrand voyage novels by Robert Reddick. Technically they are adult fantasy but with YA protagonists, much like Six of Crows or the Grisha stories. Brilliant series.
I'd also recommend the Rebel Angels series by Gillian Philip - I absolutely love these books and I'm amazed I don't see them talked about more. The first one is called Firebrand and they chart the story of two Sidhe brothers who move back and forth between their native world and the real world. But the veil between worlds is thinning... glorious and sometimes heartbreaking adventure. Really hunky hero too.

Katie | 29 comments Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead ;-)

Amanda Rudnick I'm currently finishing up The Lunar Chronicles. There are 4 books and many other novellas placed in that universe. Definitely worth the read, I don't want it to be over!

Tacey Raye Strange the dreamer is beautifully written and really interesting.
