It's about this magician who is giving away cards and each card grants a wish. These kids of and buy one each. I don't remember their names but I do remember that this one girl wished for something and she croaked like a frog. And another boy wished that there was more water or something and there was too much water. PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS BOOK!!!!!!!

I think there was a couple of kids who bought the cards but I have no idea what there names were.
