SOLVED. Help I'm in search of a book title that I can't remember! / Husband leaves wife and try's to win her back. He works in the mines. [s]

Romance book. Help! I read a book a couple of months ago and I want to read it again but I can't remember the title. It's about a man who leaves his wife because he couldn't give her a child or something like that. I believe he started to take prescription meds and lived at a friends while he was away. It starts off like she's in shop or something and her friend says look who's here and it's the husband. He try's to get his wife back throughout the story. He is a miner and works in the mines and while working in there the tunnel collapses and he's stuck in there with his two friends. They each write letters to send up to their wives except one of them. The One friend w/o a wife only has a dog and is good friends with the main characters wife. The wife had told him previously that she is expecting a baby. Only two of them can make it out on time before it collapses. The one with just the dog dies in there and is trapped. The one who dies makes the guy go up first because the wife told them that they are having a baby.
