Hi, so just like the title i would like a reccommendation on a fantasy that is focus on a couples mostly as their relationship become intimate. Most fantasy i find lacking and feels rush. Bonus point if it a Princess/knight combo. Sorry if this sound demanding i just want to read a good fantasy romance for once. Thanks in advance

I only have one series that come to mind for that..Fantasyland series by Kristen Ashley.
I love this series to bits...
The vampire academy and bloodlines series'. Both by Richelle Mead, are fantastic at a fantasy world with developing live stories and trials and tribulations of friendship
Patricia McKillip's Riddle of Stars trilogy, starting with The Riddle-Master of Hed.Guy Gavriel Kay's Fionavar trilogy, starting with The Summer Tree.
Sharon Shinn's Samaria novels, starting with Archangel.
Also Lois McMaster Bujold's The Sharing Knife series (4 books) starting with Beguilement. It's much slower and more character-focused than most fantasy. I don't remember exactly where the romance/relationship starts developing, but it definitely focuses on one couple. If you're looking for a romance book, this probably isn't it, but it is fantasy and it is a very slow but worthwhile romance.*Note: Ignore the stupid-sounding synopsis*
Everything Michele suggested is gold.I'd also include Crown Duel & Court Duel by Sherwood Smith. Crown Duel
Summer at Castle Auburn by Sharon Shinn. Summers at Castle Auburn
Andre Norton does some excellent fantasy (and sci fi and mixed sci-fi/fantasy) series. While the romance isn't the main thrust of the story, there is romance.
The Belgariad Boxed Set - starts with Pawn of Prophecy - mostly it's just epic fantasy. there's a budding romance that happens, but it's not the main point of the story.
This series, "Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn", is a fantastic EPIC that has a very sweet romance that develops throughout all four books. I love them. Think Tolkien only readable.

In the middle of the Riyria Revelations by Michael J. Sullivan and it's got a fairly promising slow-build romance (which is basically a princess/knight relationship, although I don't think the dude is an official knight yet). The October Daye series by Seanan McGuire, if you're into urban fantasy at all. A bit of a role reversal--the woman is a knight and the man is royalty.
Here are some:The Sharing Knife Series by Lois McMaster Bujold
Really sweet romance set in a fantasy world
The Kushiel Universe by Jacqueline Carey
This series is amazing! It's an epic fantasy with lots of romance that is integral to the plot. The world building is amazing and there are so much twist and turns. Highly recommended. It kind of has a princess/knight scenario... Kind of
The Chronicles of the Warlands series by Elizabeth Vaughan
This one is really good too... It kind of has a princess/knight scenario except not really
The Tairen Soul series
This one is another of my favorites and there is a really strong romantic element, but again, the worldbuilding is reaaally good, the kind that stays with you afterwards
The Sylph series by L.J. McDonald
Really unique concept, and it can get quite 'hot' from time to time, but its sets in a fantasy/steampunk world and is quite good
Elemental Blessings series and Samaria series by Sharon Shinn
Basically most of the books by this author are pretty good romance fantasies
Anything by Tamora Pierce
The Sevenwaters series by Juliet Marillier
It's more of a dark fairytale retelling, but it could still be considered a fantasy romance
Song in the Silence by Elizabeth Kerner
This ones another sweet one, with an interesting couple
The Pern series by Anne McCaffrey
Okay I have a lot more, but it's going to take me a while to type them all out. Feel free to check out my 'fantasy-romance' shelf :)
Brood of Bonesby AE Marling(currently on book # 4) Its a bit of an unusual relationship though. Supposed to be mortal enemies.

Is there a happy ending to the series?
