SOLVED. Picture book about a girl trying to make magical cheesecake like her grandma did. [s]

I remember almost everything about this book. This girl's grandma kept lots of notebooks, some about poetry, some about crime. The girl inherits them and reads them all the time. For her mother's birthday, her mother wants the special cheesecake that only Grandma could make. The girl is determined to make it. She finds the recipe and makes the cake, and it's so good that some angels come down to try it. The girl's father gives his wife a terrycloth bathrobe. Oh, and they have these awful relatives who come over.
I read this...geez, must have been ten years ago or more. The title was a lot of nonsense words and then "cheesecake." It was also the name of the recipe for the cake.
