Book's Web Address --- It doesn't show up in Title Searches ???

Hello, I was talking about Tangled Dreams in a buddy read folder in one of my groups (we're reading the Elemental Assassin series) and when I searched for this book in the "add book/author" box, it did not come up on ANY of the four pages of search results.

It is only when you search for "Tangled Dreams (Elemental Assassin" that I could find it. Is this because, for whatever reason, it's web address shows the title as "tan-gled-dreams"?

Once you do find this book, if you hover over the tab for it, the page is called "Tan-gled Dreams (Elemental Assassin, #3.5) by Jennifer Estep - Reviews, Discussion, Bookclubs, Lists"

Why is Tan­gled Dreams spelled "Tan-gled," and is this why it does not show up in title searches for "Tangled Dreams"?

(I checked the titles of both editions on the page. Both show it as titled "Tangled Dreams.")

That's so weird...

And when you copy the word "Tan­gled" from the book's title page, and paste it into the search field, only 2 books show up - both from this author. No other books.

It's acting like there's some sort of hidden character in between the n and the g.

I deleted the weird hidden character and we'll see if that helps.



Yep, taking out the weird hidden character worked! No idea what that was doing there.

Searching for 'tangled dreams estep' brings it up in the add book/author search. Don't know if that is because of what Melanti did.

Thank you so much! Whatever you did, it worked! I can now see Tangled Dreams by Jennifer Estep in the search results when I search for "Tangled Dreams"! And the web addresses updated, too. No more "Tan-gled" . . . Thank you so much for this!

No problem! I'd love to know how that invisible character got there and what it was, but that was the issue. Strangest error/typo I've seen in quite a while.
