Unfortunatelly it's not free in Germany and you made me so curious I really want to read it :-( I hope so much it will change by the time I end my Amazon strike.

Agnieszka, your next set of words are:

#2 dictate - to speak into a recording device or so that someone else can write or type what is said 2) to impose; to decree; to command
#3 dictation - speaking words to be written down or transcribed
#5 diction - enunciation of words

diction makes me think of Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion, (or My Fair Lady on Broadway).

I had forgotten that you couldn't find it in the public domain there in Germany. If you will pm me your address, I will mail you a copy.

I have Wired Love. Not sure if I can fit it in right now with so much to do and so little time.
Will probably go with morality.

morality is probably the easiest definition to work with.

I read this year A Twist of Faith (Mitchell's Crossroads #1) by Pepper D. Basham a modern Christian variation of Pygmalion and I still don't like the entire betting on other people's lives starting point - most of the people which liked Pygmalion seemed to enjoy this one as well - so I'm not even going to look into it :-)
These are some pretty tough words, and I had to think a little to come up with some general ideas but have still no book ideas - we'll see what will come up at some point.

#2 dictate - dictator - totalitarian systems, governments or rulers or forcing employees or other people someone's in charche of to do something
#3 dictation - secretaries, office work
#5 diction - haughty upper class people or socialites

JoAnne, your new words are:

#2 pretension - when someone assumes an air of superiority
#12 prey - any animal that serves as food for another animal
#22 prince - 1) the son of a king or queen 2) the ruler of a small country or state

It seemed like there should be more definitions of prey than my dictionary had. I was right. prey can also be 2) a person that is helpless and unable to escape attack; a victim 3) to hunt

cathedral reminds me of a public domain book I read years ago, A Cathedral Courtship. Super cute short story.

I haven't read any of Jane Austen's books yet so I can't read fanfic of that (though my reading of DC fanfic without having seen/read anything of it belies that), but I do enjoy fanfic. It's very interesting to see how each author interprets that characters (sometime extremely) differently ways. Plus, getting to read nobody-dies fics.

In the end I read The Bad Beginning (A Series of Unfortunate Events, #1) by Lemony Snicket for Count Olaf adopting the Baudelaires.

#9 transaction - the doing of any business
#23 transit - 1) a passage 2) the state of being carried 3) a surveyor's instrument for measuring angles

tramp reminds me of a book my mother always wanted me to read, Tramp for the Lord.

impersonate seems the easiest to work with.
