LOL. That's just a false front... ;-) I have to take care of my horse, otherwise she will never speak to me again. ;-)

Christelle I've just finished chapter 20 (75%). OK for a break : I have to do some shopping. Will be back in an hour to finish this book, because I have to...can't stay far away from Archer...Damned, it hurts so much !!

Chapter 3?? I'm gonna finish chapter 18 and then go on my walk with Amy. I can read while I'm outside so let me know where you stopped so that I can catch up, okay?

We all know you have ninja speed-reading skills. At least, tell me you had time to blink an eye ??

*snort* Yeah, I think there were a few blinks in there. It really depends on the book. My current read is almost 3 days...a bit slow going, for me. It's not a bad book, at all, but it isn't keeping my focus like I would really like.

I'm at 70% now. Mallory just began to draw something for Archer...

**gasp** 3 days ??? Hurry finishing it and then, get to 'Hush" and everything will be back to normal ;)

Josy I finished chapter 18 and damn, I'm hurting for Mallory...

I'm going on my walk with Amy now. I will read up to the end of chapter 20, okay?

Talk to you soon :)

LOL! Someone is reading my mind! I do really really want to read that one, for sure. Do you know if 'Hush' is going to be a continued series, like 'Enemies of the State'? I need to know if I need to take notes. Doing that seriously slows me down...

It's me again... LOL. As far as I know it's a standalone. :) But loooooong! 672 pages.

If it keeps me engaged as much as I suspect it will, that's, maybe, 2 days of reading. Of course I do have a few things to do this weekend, but that shouldn't slow me down too much. Thanks, Simone!!

For me it's probably two werks. LOL. I'm still at 7%. ;-) Anytime, Jewel! :) Now I'm gone. Promise. ;-)

Christelle Hey, my friends. You're being very quite. I hope that Jamilah and Amy are doing OK after being taken care of. I've been back from my break and reading. I ma at 84%, so yes, I bit far ahead of you, but still there.
It was good taking a break : I was so pissed off with Mallory and so hurting for Archer. Still, but at least, don't want to throw my kindle anymore, LOL !!

I have and all I can say is his co-ordination is beyond amazing. Seriously had two good arms and couldn't manage walking with a purse slung over my shoulder so kudos to Archer on that one.

Good morning ladies.

Josy So, I'm back :) Amy decided she wanted to swim and I had a hard time getting her out of the water, lol!

I've started (slowly) with chapter 20 and I'm around 71% now.

The end of chapter 19? I hope this will play out the way I imagine :)

Don't try to find excuses for him : he's sweet but also a complete asshole, too. I'm a forgiving person, so that's OK, but that was still unacceptable and nothing to be proud of !! OK, rant over because he's cleaning up OK..I guess ;)
And yes, I don't want to harm my kindle. What about yours ? Satisfied ?

LOL! Okaaayyy?!?! I'm not as far as you are but if things remain like they are now, I'm afraid this is going to be a case of "we have to agree to disagree" :) You won't hate me, will you?

Yes, I'm loving my Kindle! It's great! I took it with me while being outside with Amy and I was surprised that the sun didn't make any difference. When I read on my tablet while being in the sun, I often couldn't see a damn thing on the screen.

Karen Damn, you all have been busy. I was starting to think I'd never get caught up with all this and honestly. I should have just said F*ck everything and re-read this one with you. I know it's heartbreaking at times but still so beautifully written and such an awesome story and I am so enjoying following you all on this. When we go to Banff we're going to all bring this book and re-read it and I'm taking you to the Tim Horton's that Archer and Mallory went to because I've been there. There's only one Tim Horton's drive through in Banff so I know where it is.

Ok, I have to go do laundry and moving things but I'll check back in from time to time.

Oh sh*t... No, the percentages are the same. As to your spoiler, I wouldn't have thought of it in exactly that moment, only later when he had the appointment at the hospital and the doc wasn't all to happy. So... smart girl! ;-) But it's soooo sad! :(

Christelle OK, I shouldn't have bad-mouthed my Mom : she called me **feeling like a little girl caught with her hand in the cookie jar**, LOL !!
And yes, Josy, I agree to disagree with you about Mallory, LOL.
And yes, kindle are that great, sun or darkness. A tablet cannot compete at all !!

The thought struck me as soon as I read about his injuries... I haven't found out yet what he's doing now but yes, it's sad. But I like to believe that it might have been also a good thing because he was forced to step away from the path he'd set himself on - following in his parents' steps - even if it was hard when he realized he couldn't do as he'd planned.

You are absolutely right. I really think this is a good thing and although he was "forced" to move on, it will give him exactly what he needs to heal. Except for Mallory... ;-)

I think that he was 'forced' to do it was a good thing as sad as it might be. He wouldn't have been able to start living his own life without being forced to do so.
