Hi, Lesa! I had actually posted a response to that post a few days back but it most likely got lost in the wave of all of these new posts. You only can claim points for bingo once you actually get a bingo. Each point read for a bingo square does not count as 1 point. Points are only claimed for bingo when a bingo is actually gotten or if you cover the entire board which would be an extra 5 points.

Actually Vicki in the last readthon in the short one it did count but as Jacquelen explained this one is longer so it now only counts once all five are filled it. I understand that now just I thought it was like the other readathon do that was my mistake to add it in. Now I know.
