next time please keep in mind it would be really helpful if you mention the amount of your spaces (4 between Kim and Smith) so we don't have to look it up and make spaces every 3 or 5 links instead of posting such a wall of links where a single one can get missed easily.
(and considering all the different editions and that there's no easy way to see if you are already added to an edition (because default is a GR author - unfortunately) which means delete and add again on every edition, it was more a lot than just a few :/ so every bit making it easier and faster is appreciated)

Hovering on the name link should show you the URL, including the author ID#.
