Managed to successfully put on a birthday party for my now 2 yr old niece and nephew. I'm exhausted but proud!
And also a little sad.
I just can't believe that it was all two whole years ago.
ALL of us, the family, which totals to 13, lived in ONE hospital room for four days. Well, for the first 3 days it was only 12 because of a certain incident in which someone got onto a plane to Florida and then Sandy went into premature labor like an hour after and they couldn't change their flight so…
Like, was it really two years ago when Joejoe found the supply closet in the hospital and put on a lab coat and stethoscope and walked around acting like a doctor?
Was it really two years ago that I had to comfort Sarah in the hospitals cafeteria because we found out that Lilly was in the NICU?
Was it really two years ago that I learned every twist and turn of that hospital from how much time we spent there?
I just cannot believe this all… TWO YEARS. 730 days. TIME FLIES. I feel like it was all yesterday...
