How do I add a picture icon to my book in goodreads.com?

Hi,

I just self-published my first book (a children's book) and I have much learning to do!

I added my book to this web page, but I must have missed the option where I add an icon picture next to the title.

Can anyone provide me with directions on how to add an icon picture to my book's listing on this web page?
