I read this book probably somewhere between 2006-2010. I remember it being absolutely hilarious and the title was kind of long and weird.

Is it Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins? If not, could you provide a few more details maybe?

It's not. It's quite a few years older. I don't remember too much about it other than that there is some kissing, a romance, and the MC is a girl who is hilarious. I want to say she's about 16.

What's French for "Ew!"?? If not that one, there are 4 or 5 books in that series, all with really interesting titles about the adventures of an American girl who is touring Europe with her family. The edition I linked to isn't the "original" one, which was published back in 2004. Before you look at it say say it's too new.
