Guy comes from a filthy rich family and lies about his name, has to leave urgently when he gets news of his father (?) dying. Girl goes back home at discovers she is pregnant, but can't get hold of mr. Fake Name. Years later they meet because he owns/direct the company she works for...

No spanish in the story I'm looking for. Don't remember what type of work she is doing, but she's been there a while and I think he comes in to reduce staff and maximize production. The kid is around 5 years???

I read this book but can't find it on my kindle. She was a college student or recent graduate in Mexico on vacation. His father died and he went home to rule the business. Maybe 4 or 5 years later his company buys her employer's business. She is in marketing maybe? She resists renewing the relationship Maybe set in Arizona or Texas. I think the son gets ill with chicken pox and hero sets up to care for the boy even though he has business commitments? All I remember
