Books with plot twists. Spoilers.
The Unconsoled is pretty twisty, although I'm not sure it has anything coherent enough to be called a plot.
Anything by Agatha Christie. You think you know who the murderer is while reading and in the end everything is overthrown. Some suggestions are And then there werw none, Crooked house, Murder on the Orient Express, The murder of Roger Ackroyd and The murder at the Vicarage.
I also suggest Dan Brown and particularly The Inferno.

It reminded me very much of the way things are in a dream, the same constant discontinuity. Where you're walking down the street and turn the corner and suddenly you're on the deck of a ship, or you're talking to someone whom you know absolutely is your brother and yet they look nothing at all like your brother and in fact you don't even have a brother. Did it strike you that way too?
I'd suggest ... The Summer the World Ended. Lots of plot twists. Don't read the reviews (in too much detail), they tend to give away too much and the twists are a lot of the fun.

Yes, the whole thing was like a very unpleasant dream, which should have made the book unpleasant, but I found it very comforting and pleasurable.
The List of Adrian Messenger by Philip MacDonald.Someone mentioned Philip E. High. Most of his have plot twist.
Airs Above the Ground, The Moonspinners, Madam, Will You Talk? and more by Mary Stewart.
Alistair MacLean was a master at writing characters whose true self and motives were revealed in plot twists: Circus, Caravan to Vaccares, Fear is the Key, and Ice Station Zebra to name a few.

The Gone-Away World I'm usually a pro at figuring out plot twists before they happen, but this one was incredible and made so much sense once it was revealed.
I recently read The Library at Mount Char and thought the ending was quite a twisty surprise. However, other reviewers said they totally saw it coming, so maybe I'm just slow on the uptake lol

Gretel and the Dark has the best twist I've ever read, right at the end of the book. The first 3/4 of this book is ordinary but if you get to the last few chapters it will blow your mind and change absolutely everything!
Warrior Heir (and series) by Cinda Williams Chima has some good plot twists. Maybe not as surprising to readers of the genre but enjoyable nonetheless.
