5Ws Reading Phase Checklist

Usually when a person hears the 5Ws (Who, What, When, Where, Why/How) mention, the thought of a book report comes to mind at the conclusion of reading a book. Instead, each month think of the 5Ws as a way to preselect what to read for the month. The 5Ws will change each month to give you a different task list to check off each month. As always, the tasks are suggestions and up to your personal interruption in how you incorporate into your reading. This checklist is to help whittle down that TBR list either using your favorites but you can stretch your usual and spice things up by trying something that you usually don't read.

Each book read, you could use up to five times for each of the five tasks. You can also decide that you want to use a different book for each task as well. You can change your strategy at anytime during the month as many times as you want.

Levels are arbitrary; in fact, you can decide what level you did at the end of the month instead of the beginning, if you so desire. As you can decide how you can fit your book/s into suggested tasks at any time you want. You may find one level will be the hardest level to check off in one month but the easiest another month. In fact, you really do not even need to have a level at all. But we're so used to having levels they are there in case you need the security of having them :D

Level 1: One book in as many possible task slots possible
Level 2: Two books in as many possible task slots possible
Level 3: Three books in as many possible task slots possible
Level 4: Four books in as many possible task slots possible
Level 5: Five books in as many possible task slots possible
