So you can get reading, I pick for you "Unter dem Sternenhimmel." I like the traditional cover of the Baldacci book. I chose this one, though, because of the interesting contrast of the beauty of the nature, with the desolation of the cabin. I almost didn't even see it in the picture!

Beeing born in Poland but living most of my life in Germany made it very easy to be fluent in two languages though I notice more and more Polish isn't going as easy as I'd like anymore :-(

It took me a moment to figure out you were referring to me :) I'm usually only called Barbara when I'm in trouble with someone LOLThanks for the pick. This is only the 3rd book in the series, and at the rate you read, it wouldn't take you long to get caught up :)

I found out most of the books in this series were translated and the last translated is first in series (chronologically) - the one set in Memphis so I hope it will be soon available for libraries so I can look into this series and hope I'll like it as much as you do :-)

At the end of the book, he has a section where he explains what really happened, what he made up, how he changed things a bit to make the story flow better, and anything else that's relevant.

I finished last night
and for a very short cozy it was mostly ok and would've been a 3* rating. Unfortunatelly the last couple of chapters destroyed this notion and so it's 2 or 2.5* (I'll decide on it before I finish the book set)My next five (not time sensitive books I want read this month/series I want continue):

You’re lucky. Mine’s been gone 11 years, dad eight, and not a day goes by... Not one.
{{{ hugs to you }}} As bad as it sounds, I only miss my dad every now and then (let's just say he wasn't a very nice person). But even at my age, and as far away as I live, I know I'll miss Mom every day for the rest of my life when her time comes.

It probably wasn't really a ho-hum 3-star rating, but I have had so many things going on in real life lately that I couldn't focus on it. I'd put it down for a few days, then when I picked it up again I'd have lost the storyline. *sigh* Not the book's fault, just bad timing.
