Chaos Comes to Longbourn: A Pride and Prejudice Variation

Thanks for the push, Debbie.
I have no idea why I put this one off for so long. Great book!

So wosedwew, your pick was a hit. Loved my first novel-length encounter with Caitlin Williams writing. I will definitely be going back for Ardently. :)

Yes -- Ardently!
Glad you liked the young Elizabeth -- and immature Darcy, pencil mustache and all.

That mustache! I about howled with laughter over the loud colored waistcoat and the thin mustache. Just could not picture it. I think it was the best thing to make me realize just how young and still coming into his own he was.

I can see that. Definitely, Sheila. It's complex enough to bring out different things with each read.

Abigail Bok (regency_reader) Huge thanks to Lenora for picking The Jane Austen Project for my June read! Blowing kisses!! A really well-done book, a pleasure to read on every page. Unequivocal five stars for me.

So happy you enjoyed it, Teresa. I did too. Although the other book in the collection isn't JAFF, I do recommend you give it a try if you enjoyed the Crossroads aspects of the story. It's called Leap of Faith: Second Chance at the Dream and is set in the world of baseball.

Thanks for picking Aussmed Engagement for me, Erika. Apart from coming across a few too many Americanisms for a Regency era novel, I enjoyed the story a lot.

Victoria Ok, so I finally finished "Death Comes to Pemberley", and I loved it. I noticed that most of my friends only rated it 2-3 stars, but I really enjoyed the more technical historical components about legal proceedings at the time.

I was surprised I loved this as much as I did considering I was so wary, and I didn't love the mini series. Thanks for picking it for me Kristin!
