Reverse Adoption

This is a twist on a classic trope. Instead of an MC finding out that they were adopted, the MC (or any other character) finds out that they weren't adopted after all. The MC was told by their parents (for whatever reason) that they were adopted, only to discover later on that they were a part of their biological family the whole time.
