it's really short, and a fast read - maybe you'll like it, it has very high ratings - maybe it just didn't do it for me. I didn't like the characters AT ALL, and though it was a "didn't see the end coming" for me it was because it was very far-fetched in my opinion.

(and one can always use "N"s for spellouts)

That's true. And I'm sure I've read worse books to complete a challenge task!

Mama X (mamax) ROLL #5: "Read a book by an author whose last name begins with E or I"
Book Read: Hooked: Write Fiction That Grabs Readers at Page One & Never Lets Them Go

I really tried to read Hooked Write Fiction That Grabs Readers at Page One & Never Lets Them Go by Les Edgerton Hooked: Write Fiction That Grabs Readers at Page One & Never Lets Them Go, but it was just... bad. So I'm going to read The Neverending Story by Michael Ende The Neverending Story for this challenge. I'm kind of excited about this one, actually! I don't know why I never considered reading it before. That's one reason why I love challenges like these. They make me read books I never thought about before.
