Are start dates for book important for this challenge? ie. Can a book started before roll and/or game be used?

It is so hard to keep track of the different challenges in different groups with people all over the world. I have to make myself notes each round to keep track of completion days and times.

No, books have to be started after rolling to count.

I don't mind questions at all.

1. Central Time
2. Have to wait and start a book AFTER rolling. You can always restart your #6, right?
3. Alternative tasked needs to be tagged whatever "fantasy, magic etc
4. Goodreads choice awards can be any nominee or winnee

We rolled a 7 and would love to be able to reread Harry Potter #7 but I just read it at the end of December so has only been just over 5 months since I last read it...

Many of your players aren't stating if they are reading an alternative read or a #, NOR adding their page number.
If they aren't, you have to make sure everything is correct especially page number and proper number.

Is that if no one on the team ever reads from an alternate list, or if one person on the team never reads from an alternate list?

Hi Ezi, quick question: ✸There will be a separate thread for captains to post their place on the board after rolling and a separate thread for captains to post a link to the teams completed reviews.

Do we have a separate thread for the team reviews links or do we just post them on the post of each week's place?

My active team members have all completed their book, but I also was a little unclear as to what thread I should use to post the completion thread or link and if I can roll now or if I have to wait until after midnight Central time. So is it one post or two? and one thread or two with the second not yet up?

Ezi seems to be pretty busy at the moment, so I'm just gonna jump in here on the technical questions. :)

- There is no separate thread for team review links. They go in the Post Your Spot thread.

- The easiest way to go about it is to add a link to the previous week's reviews when you post your new spot after rolling. You can check out other teams' posts to see how they do it if you're unsure.

- You CANNOT roll before midnight Central time. You don't need to do separate posts for your reviews and the new roll. As long as all team members have posted their reviews in your team thread before the deadline, you're good. Posting them to the Post Your Spot thread can wait until after you've rolled.

Quick question: One of the bonus options is to read more than 3 books in the same series and another is to start and finish a series with more than 4 books.
Question is whether these two series can be the same? Meaning you can earn two bonus points from reading the same series from start to finish with more than 4 books :-)
