Edit: I posted this original response in jest because you should not open any Google docs from someone you don't know. I thought most everyone had heard that.DO NOT OPEN IT.

Oh good, it's a survey. I thought you were going to ask us to type it for you. Whew!
I started to take this, but under what kind of literature do you read it allows you to only pick one. Sorry, I read many different genres, I couldn't pick just one. Surely this is a problem with your survey. Do you tink all readers only read one genre? I know some do, but many do not. At least I hope not.

Also, the never/always scale goes different directions on different questions. I don't know if that's on purpose but I think you'll get a lot of unintended answers that way. I had to re-pick some after I noticed.
I thought the questions were bizarre and borderline presumptuous, so I stopped partway through and closed the window.

Or say "Which best describes the type..." I presume you are looking for some sort of correlation between EI and genre choices, but few people read exclusively in one genre.

As to the questions themselves, the original post did say that it was measuring Emotional Intelligence, so some psychological and personal questions are to be expected.
Are the emotional questions supposed to come off as judgmental? I can see your bias's showing through rather than each choice being written by someone who actually does that kind of thing. Also perhaps try randomizing the order of the choices so it doesn't come off as clear which answer is max points and which one is minimum.
I started also, but then felt like I was in the middle of a phishing scheme... too many social hacking questions for me.

My name is Taylor, and I am a graduate student working on my Master's in Library Science, and am in the middle of completing my thesis project on Fantasy/SciFi Literature and Emotional Intelligence. If anyone has time to complete this quick survey to help me with my thesis I would really appreciate it!
Thanks!
