SOLVED. Trying to find a Jill Shalvis book, 90% sure it's her book. [s]

The book I'm trying to find, which I am like 90% sure is a Jill Shalvis book but I just don't know which one it is. I read this book maybe 2-3 years ago. I think it maybe from the lucky harbour series.

What I remember from the plot is that the h goes running and she also have like a "hiding spot" in a tree or something like that. At one point she felt that someone was following her running. But she just thought it was a homeless man. I think she is a teacher at a school and she lives next door to one of her students. It was later found that the kid was being abused by his dad into playing baseball/football by his dad when the kid didn't want to. And I think the heroine might have tutor the kid too at some point to improve his g adds because they were going downhill as he was forced to focus on sports by his dad.
It was later found that the kid was the one who was following her running to the hiding spot bacause near the end of the book the abused kid went missing and they found him there.

I am not sure but the heroine may have a kid and I don't particularly remember the hero but he may be law enforcement(not sure).
